Communication is Key! We have learned through our old website that many of you prefer and/or enjoy using email to communicate with us about your care, your schedule, or just your questions.

Over the last several years, and with our "old" website, we have embraced email. We have also learned, painfully, that publishing our email addresses directly on the website results in undesirable spam.

So, please feel free to use any of the links in the above "pull-down" menu to send us an email using the "web form" provided. Once you and we establish a dialogue, then we both will just be using our real emails.

And, of course, remember our patient promise that we will always be available to you, as a patient of record, at all times for any question or emergency that you may have. Our patients of record will always be provided with all possible means to contact us, on a 365 / 24 / 7 basis.
