"When the pure titanium threaded implant was first available in North America in 1983, it was only offered for the replacement of dentures. During the last 15 years, as American, Canadian, and Swedish researchers have developed new applications of this technology, we have been among the first clinical dentists to offer care for all the possibilities of tooth replacement as soon as they became available."

Likewise, implants can be used to provide you with natural front crowns, eliminating the need for fixed or removable bridgework.

If you've been missing all your teeth in one or both jaws, or faced with that possibility, implants can be used to support a totally fixed prosthesis that functions as new teeth, and does not come out, except for maintainence at the dental office.
